Basically, I created a newsletter for my floor. It was a one or two page mock newspaper with news about the floor, funny Family Guy quotes (or whatever else you want), upcoming programs I was putting on, and somthing educational as well like an article on alcohol awareness or diversity. The trick is you put it up on the inside of the door in the stalls of your floor's bathroom.
