This is a great program to do with seniors. Many people are going to be looking for housing after school, so we arranged for a realtor who specialized in apartments to come and talk with us. We also had a loan/mortgage officer come and speak and combined they told us what to look (and look out) for, how to spot a good spartment, what to look for in a lease contract, what average prices were, etc. It was extremely beneficial for residents.
