This is a great program to build floor community rather than just hang out and watch TV. Set a time and date (Sunday perhaps) and have the floor go to a soup kitchen and volunteer as a group for a meal. It helps the community and builds bonding between the floor - both because they work together and they feel like there was something accomplished.
